Their sound tips its hat to Hawkwind, Can, early Amon Düül II, and Captain Beefheart, with sax/flute adding hallucinatory Bite. Often compared to the raw danger of MC5 at full Volume, they’ve become a cult benchmark for Filthy, forward-motion heavy Psych.
