TankZilla are an Eindhoven, Netherlands hard rock/punk project formed after the breakup of speed-rock cult heroes Peter Pan Speedrock. Fronted by Peter van Elderen with drummer Marcin Hurkmans, they play “full-tilt boogie” heavy rock—Motörhead-adjacent Drive, giant Riffs, and a bruising rhythmic Swing. Their significance is Continuity: the same road-fueled attitude and working-class Grit, repurposed into a new vehicle that hits like a tank and moves like a street Racer.
