Hazemaze are a three-piece doomrock band from Strängnäs, Sweden, formed in spring 2016. Starting from garage-rock Roots, they pivoted hard into doom under the pull of Black Sabbath, Pentagram, and Cathedral—gradually thickening the Riffs, darkening the Themes, and sharpening the ominous Mood. Hazemaze’s significance is classicism with Bite: they treat traditional doom as a living Language, pairing vintage heavy tone with a modern sense of menace and Tight, band-first Dynamics.
